With no explanation or warning Warner Brothers, and Turbine entertainment are closing Infinite Crisis. I haven't played it, but it seems like not many people have. The game was in closed, then open beta for quite a while, and officially launched on March 26th, 2015. Nope, you didn't read that wrong, the game launched only two and a half months ago. I can't imagine why they would do this, The game received fairly decent reviews. I can understand if the numbers are soft, but you can't give up that fast! It's like the Kin all over again.
Infinite Crisis was a MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) based on DC comics characters. It was the first non MMO made by Turbine entertainment, the developers of Asheron's Call, which is still going after 16 years. Is AC next on the chopping block? The developers are doing the right thing though. They are giving refunds to people that supported them. They could have just said, NOPE screw you, we're keeping the money, but instead they are sending it back. Good job Turbine, I always liked you.
Infinite Crisis will still be playable until August 14th so get in there and kill Superman, no one likes him anyway.
